2. Description of Service
SacraKey provides an end-to-end encrypted file sharing platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your private encryption keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by SacraKey.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to the distribution of malicious software or copyright-infringing material. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. SacraKey does not claim any license or ownership over your content.
5. Limitation of Liability
SacraKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches resulting from your own key management, or service interruptions.
